Coconut Grove was settled by Bahamian pioneers before Miami was even a city, and that heritage still shows in its food, music and buildings. This 90-minute walk is led by qualified architects and historians, and it's one of the few tours that tells that story.
The route covers the marina, the Coconut Grove Playhouse, The Barnacle (one of the oldest homes in the area), a stop for Bahamian food and a green park near the bay. Entry to the Coconut Grove Sports Hall of Fame is included.
