This is the cheapest way to see a lot of Miami in one afternoon, and it's honest about being a budget tour. An open-top double-decker bus loops through Miami Beach, Downtown, Brickell, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove and Little Havana (with a 25-minute stop there). You then get an hour of free time at Bayside Marketplace before a 90-minute boat trip past the Millionaire's Row islands.
